We implemented a targeted automation workflow in Go High Level (GHL) to drive profile completion rates for a directory-based membership site. The system automatically sends a series of strategic follow-up emails to new members who haven’t completed their profiles, helping improve participation and deliver a more complete directory experience.

The client struggled with members signing up but not completing their profiles, leaving gaps in the directory and reducing the platform’s overall value. Manual follow-up was time-consuming and inconsistent, resulting in poor engagement and missed opportunities for member visibility.
We created an intelligent workflow in GHL that initiates an onboarding sequence the moment a new member registers. An initial email is sent inviting them to complete their profile. If left unopened, the system waits one day and sends a follow-up reminder. This process repeats daily for up to seven days, with email delivery conditions dynamically adjusting based on user engagement (open/click behavior).
The automated campaign led to a dramatic improvement in member engagement and profile completion within the first week of implementation. The client reported not only higher member satisfaction but also a more robust and complete directory, making the platform more valuable to users and searchers.
