Challenge & Solution

Simplifying Complex Product Options Across Categories
The site serves a wide audience, offering a vast catalog of flags (from national to military to custom), each with multiple size, fabric, and mounting options. The original navigation and product configuration process made it difficult for users to find and customize the right item.
We implemented a robust mega menu and smart filters to organize categories like state flags, international flags, and flagpoles. Enhanced customization features were added for selecting materials, sizes, and accessories. Our improvements made the shopping experience intuitive even for first-time users.
