Creating a Dynamic, Multi-Category Directory with Tiered Membership and Coupon Functionality
One of the key challenges was to design and implement a directory that could accommodate multiple business categories, while also managing membership plans, custom profiles, and coupon features for first responders. Ensuring an intuitive user experience for both businesses and first responders, along with secure transaction handling, required careful planning and execution.

We built a robust membership system that enables businesses to sign up under various monthly plans. Each business can create and manage its profile, showcasing badges such as “First Responder Supporter” or “Healthy Meal Options.” Additionally, we developed a coupon management feature that lets businesses post exclusive discounts for first responders, who can easily claim them. Our team also ensured that businesses from diverse industries — from Food & Beverage to Automotive and Professional Services — could easily categorize themselves, improving search and discovery for users.
