We developed a smart, multi-channel chatbot using Go High Level (GHL) to enhance lead qualification and appointment scheduling. Integrated directly with GHL sales funnels and triggered by live chats and form submissions, the Close Bot offered a seamless conversational experience that converted passive visitors into booked appointments—without relying on static links or forms.

Challenge & Solution

Drop-Offs Due to Traditional Lead Capture Methods
The client faced a common issue—site visitors would engage briefly but abandon the process before booking a call or completing a form. Static CTAs and form links were no longer effective for keeping potential leads engaged, especially on mobile devices.
We designed and implemented a dynamic chatbot integrated across GHL channels. The bot was triggered via live chat and quiz forms, initiating a friendly, logical conversation that guided users through lead qualification and booking. GHL workflows powered multi-step follow-ups, including an automated re-engagement message sent two days after initial interaction for leads who didn’t book. This conversational-first experience increased interactivity and dramatically reduced friction in the sales journey.
By replacing passive lead capture tools with a proactive bot experience, the client saw significantly more leads qualified and appointments booked. The seamless flow built trust early and kept users engaged through automation that felt human and helpful.

Our Process

We began by identifying the client’s goals—mainly increasing booked calls from site traffic and quiz submissions. After mapping out the conversation flow, we used GHL’s workflow builder to create event-based triggers tied to chat interactions and form completions. Each step of the chatbot was tailored with personalized messaging, logic branches, and booking calendar embeds. The bot was deployed across relevant funnel pages and monitored via GHL analytics to refine its behavior. We also set up automation logic for re-engagement messages to capture leads who didn’t convert on the first touchpoint.
